The good thing is creating spa water isn’t as hard as you might imagine.
All you need is a handful of fruit, such as strawberries, citrus juice like a lemon, a few fresh leaves of something like basil, and some ice water. The fruit should be poked; the leaves should be scrunched up, and you should top it off with cold filtered water. Let the mixture sit for about an hour so that you can enjoy those flavors with every sip.
You must pay attention to the rubbing oil you are going to be using on your special spa day. There are a lot of choices to consider, like you can choose to use a rejuvenating oil, such as jojoba oil, or you can use a soothing oil like CBD oil.
Now, if you are going to go for CBD oil, make sure you buy premium CBD oil that was derived from hemp if you are in a state that doesn’t allow you to purchase marijuana-derived CBD oil. You want to apply a generous amount of oil to your body and lay down on a clean towel. Let the oils you choose work, so make sure you are ready to lay down for a few good minutes before you clean it off.
Your face and feet can gather a lot of toxins. The body is made to get rid of these toxins, but it can take a long time. The good thing is that you can squeeze in detoxification treatments into your spa day. What you are going to do is create two detoxifying treatments; one of them is going to be for your feet and the other for your face.

The Magic Bath
After what you’ve done, you probably want to take a good bath. It may be a good idea to set up a small table next to your bathtub where you can keep a glass of wine or a glass of your water. Taking all these steps may seem like a little too much, but if you do it, you’ll see that all your prep work was worth it.
